Our pieces are made to order. Each item is produced for you after your order is placed. That approach lets us focus on quality and avoid excess inventory, and it shapes our return policy below. Please read it before ordering, and use the size guide on each product page before choosing a size.
Return Policy
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or sizing-related returns. Please confirm your size carefully before ordering — every product page includes a size guide with measurements in inches and centimeters.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@streetdreamzapparel.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will replace the item. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund you to your original payment method. Returns processing is handled with support from our merchandising partner, Fourthwall.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Shipping charges are refunded on approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled only before production begins. Once production has begun, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on orders of $125.00 or more, within the United States only. The promotion is applied automatically at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
